P&K Interiors is a collaboration of Interior Decorating and Home Staging. Our combined experience of over 25 years in the interior merchandising industry brought us to develop a firm that would do things differently than the norm.
We know that our builder clients need to be educated about the importance of marketing their model homes. Our desire is to provide our clients with the best interior designs.
We also know it is important to educate them about color trend and architectural elements, new technology, green products, energy saving ideas that educated buyers seek in today's real estate market.

Our job as designers is to think outside and beyond the ordinary and provide the opporunity for the potential homebuyer to visualize themselves actualy living in the home.
We go above and beyond the typical merchandised model to develop a "lifestyle design". Our designs are based on a realistic yet elegant family oriented atmosphere and provides more of a residential feel to the home.
Our primary goal is to sell the potential buyers their dream home by creating a livable design that appeals to all members of the family.
We believe in decorating the home but not taking anything away from the builders quality and architectural plan.
